IMPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF TEACHERS IN THE CONTEXT OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION

Abstract (English):
Currently, the problem of professional competence of teachers involved in working with students with limited health opportunities in inclusive education is quite important. For most teachers, working with such children is a serious problem. This is due to a lack of knowledge and skills in the organization of correctional work with children, the development of an adapted educational program. The article considers different interpretations of the concept of professional competence of a teacher, the main problems of teachers working with children with disabilities. The purpose of the study was to study the level of competence of teachers in the organization of work with students with disabilities. Present the results of the conducted research, as well as approaches to improving the professional competence of teachers.
