Management of the development of specialists in an economic system of the "organization" type is the activity of building a system and process complex of attributes using modern methodological tools. The model of building the management process includes a set of stages within three blocks: the study of the personnel management process, the construction of a normative model of the process of managing the development of specialists, the implementation of this model. Modeling the process of managing the development of specialists also forms, supports and promotes the functional purpose and structuring of its individual parts in the organization.
