The article examines the process of training teachers of secondary vocational education and masters of industrial training from among college students as one of the directions for effectively solving the problem of shortage of teaching staff in professional educational organizations. Attention is focused on the creation of pedagogical conditions for the creation of an educational system focused on the continuity of approaches, taking into account the specifics of training in professions and specialties in an educational organization. The article presents the experience of identifying the predisposition and readiness for pedagogical activity among college students, as well as conducting educational work with them to include them in professional retraining in the field of Education and Pedagogy.
