In modern conditions, the TRP complex, being integrated into the system of physical culture, plays a crucial role in the self-development of personality, as well as self-awareness and self-determination of modern youth. The implementation of the TRP complex plays a key role in the development of the physical qualities of modern youth, and is also an important semantic trigger for the transformation of the value-semantic sphere of young Russians. This article presents an analysis of the results of a study of the semantic orientations of students of two technical universities. Students involved in the process of forming their physical culture and wellness potential by means of the TRP complex are focused on developing their personal potential, which makes it possible to talk about the importance of self-actualization for them.
