The article notes that the goals, objectives and structure of legal education in our country should be aimed at building a legal, democratic state with a developed system of school and higher education, educating young people in the spirit of patriotism, love for the motherland, respect for the constitution and laws of the country. In addition, every graduate entering a new life must learn the norms and rules of behavior in society, their civil rights, freedoms and duties, the basics of Russian legislation on labor, marriage, education and health, as well as the basic provisions of the civil and criminal Code of the Russian Federation. It is concluded that only in conditions of a combination of all the above-mentioned legal and moral norms and rules of conduct will the citizens of our country be able to become cultured, law-abiding and educated members of society.
