Abstract (English):
The article describes the sequence of performing transport and logistics customer service in the supply chain using the example of a bakery. Through the application of a systematic approach, an analysis of the customer service process was carried out and shortcomings were identified that increase the costs of promoting the material flow through the supply chain.
