Abstract (English):
The insufficiency of theoretical and practical developments in the field of using the mechanism for assessing the quality of educational activities and the market potential of specific educational services against the background of an increasing practical need for such developments, as well as the emergence of new, insufficiently known, but promising methodological approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of its application have identified the problem of forming adequate methodological tools. The issues of developing theoretical approaches to solving these problems and implementing some practical recommendations in the field of improving basic educational management tools are considered in this article.
