BUSINESS GAME "E-SCHOOL REPUBLIC" AS A MODEL OF PREPARATION OF STUDENTS TO CHOOSE THEIR FUTURE PROFESSION

Abstract (English):
Abstract. The new model of self-organization and profile training of school-students based on the formation in the form of business same of the virtual mini-state "The Electronic school republic" (EShR) with the executive bodies (the mjinistry of "EShR") and the representative power (delegates of congress of "the EShR") in school collective is described in this article. All the current activity of "the EShR" is earned out in unified information environment (a computer control system for projects and electronic document flow) with accurate differentiation on the basis of functionality of "ministries", with concrete terms of performance of instructions, schedules of work performance, electronic document flow, with preparation and coordination of documents in electronic form. It is well-known that school students often are not psychologically prepared for a full-fledged adulthood, where, besides good knowledge, it is necessary to have strong practical skills of team work with the use of information technologies, ability to set administrative tasks and to control terms and quality of their performance. The model of self-organization and profile training offered in the article is directed just on the solution of these tasks.
