This article is devoted to the Russian ESG bond market as a responsible financing tool. The authors consider their classification, as well as the specifics of verification in accordance with international and domestic approaches. The article highlights the main stakeholders in the development of the domestic ESG bond market, including the government and financial institutions. Special attention is paid to the greenium; the issue of the need to stimulate the market is raised.
