The purpose of this study is a theoretical understanding, analysis and empirical substantiation of the processes of algorithmization of power and digitalization of electoral procedures in the context of sociotechnical convergence. The study aims to identify the institutional risks that arise from the integration of digital technologies into electoral processes, as well as to analyze the degree of their regulatory and political legitimation in various countries. Particular attention is paid to assessing the transformation of political participation and control mechanisms in the context of network virtualization. The methodological basis of the research is based on a comprehensive interdisciplinary approach that includes both classical and modern tools for analyzing political processes. The use of systemic and structural-functional analysis allowed us to consider the digitalization of electoral mechanisms as an element of a broader institutional restructuring of political power. Critical and reflective analysis has been applied in conceptualizing such phenomena as the algorithmization of power, digital stigmatization, and political behavior in the context of network virtualization. As a result of the study, the heterogeneity of digital electoral practices was revealed, due not only to technical and legal parameters, but also to the socio-cultural matrices of the relevant political systems. It has been established that the institutionalization of remote electronic voting does not always correlate with the level of technological or economic development of states, which refutes the widespread technocratic paradigm. Theoretical significance - the analysis proved that the digital transformation of the electoral system is accompanied not only by increased transparency and inclusivity, but also generates new challenges and threats, including cyber threats, risks of violating the secrecy of voting, digital inequality, as well as reduced guarantees of freedom of expression. Special attention was paid to the analysis of digital political stigmatization processes as a tool for transforming electoral competition in the online environment, as well as the phenomenon of algorithmic management of electoral behavior. The analysis allows us to conclude that the digitalization of electoral procedures is an integral part of the broader transformation of political power in the era of network algorithmization. Modern technologies, on the one hand, contribute to the expansion of electoral participation, increasing the accessibility and effectiveness of voting procedures, but on the other hand, they initiate the growth of institutional and ethical and legal risks that require comprehensive regulatory regulation and institutional support. In the absence of universal digital voting models, it is not so much technical equipment that is crucial, but rather ensuring legitimacy, trust, and the preservation of democratic standards.
