Abstract (English):
The topic of research is conditioned by the active development of digital technologies in organizations, this direction of implementation of the function of personnel management has many pluses, among which the convenience of organization and economic profitability of the process of team formation. However, it is important from a scientific point of view to consider the process of effectiveness, to highlight the features at each of the four stages of the work of the specialist. The subject of the study is the process of team building of the organization’s management staff as a trend of strategic management in the conditions of digitalization. Theoretical analysis of existing experience has shown the fragmentation of scientific results and experience in the use of digital technologies in team building. The authors focus on the problem of determining the key parameters of the effectiveness of digitalization in team building and the impact of digital tools on human resource management. The practical significance of the study lies in the presentation of a qualitative analysis of the team building process and the development of recommendations for human resource management specialists on the effective use of digital technologies in team building of the management staff of the enterprise. The obtained data are the basis for building processes of optimization and reduction of various kinds of costs of personnel development, creates the basis for achieving the strategic goals of the organization and increasing its competitiveness in the market.
