Abstract:
The article is devoted to a topical issue today – the adaptation of new employees in the organization. The authors emphasize the role of adaptation in modern conditions, analyze in detail the causes and consequences of an inefficiently adjusted adaptation process, and give examples of the impact of the quality of adaptation on various aspects of the organization’s personnel management system. It is of great interest to characterize the current trends that are developing in the field of adaptation in Russian companies this year. Among these trends, the authors highlight “personalization” and in the future, speaking about the methods implemented in modern adaptation, they consider the possibilities of personalizing this process for various categories of personnel. The article also provides practical tools with an emphasis on a new adaptation methodology using one of the most versatile and practical management models, “6C”, combining this model with one of the principles from product development, which means continuous study of your audience – that is, new employees of the organization. The authors prove that the application of this principle makes it possible to constantly monitor and receive feedback from newcomers.
