In the article the integration of performers and consumers within the framework of the provision of services based on service management is substantiated. Its application allowed the development of an effective management mechanism, which is to establish strategic orientations in the service organization. The directions of the organization on the basis of the successful development of service management and the main vectors for service improvement strategy are examined. The practical application of service management allows to identify and minimize management risks. On the basis of systematic analysis of trends in the development of service strategy the author´s algorithm of formation of logistic process management platform of services is presented and the directions of its further development are shown.
