MONITORING OF PERSONNEL LOYALTY OF ENTERPRISES: THEORETICAL-METHODICAL AND APPLIED ASPECTS

Abstract (English):
The article argues for the circumstances that make it extremely urgent to diagnose and monitor staff loyalty in a crisis economy. Based on the results of a comparative critical analysis of known specialized methods, the need for developing a method suitable for monitoring loyalty is justified. The work clarified the conceptual aspects of staff loyalty assessment; presented the original methodology of a comprehensive loyalty analysis associated with identifying the level and profile of staff loyalty, diagnosing the level of well-being of the situation; describes the application aspects of its use in human resources management practices.
