Abstract (English):
The article examines the process of talent management from the point of view of its use in order to motivate and retain employees with high potential. It is noted that talent development and high culture in the workplace are important in order to help employees realize their career potential in accordance with the vision of the organization. The authors consistently reveal the content of the stages of the talent management process in organizations, as well as provide recommendations for creating an organization attractive to employees with high potential.
