Abstract (English):
This article examines modern innovative approaches to automating an IT service management system (ITSM). Highlights the importance of using the latest technologies and techniques to improve the efficiency of IT services, improve productivity and streamline processes. The article presents examples of innovative approaches DevOps, ITIL, COBIT and prospects for their development. An overview of the key steps in selecting and successfully implementing innovative solutions is given, and forecasts are made for the future development of the field of automation of ITSM.
