В статье рассматриваются вопросы оценки персонала и влияния организационных факторов на специфику формирования и применения оценки персонала в компаниях, работающих на российском рынке. Автор провел количественный анализ данных, собранных в ходе совместного исследования кафедры управления человеческими ресурсами НИУ ВШЭ и компании Talent Q в 2018 году. В ходе анализа были выделены факторы, влияющие на наличие или отсутствие оценки персонала в организации. Также были обнаружены факторы, влияющие на специфику оценки персонала.
