Abstract (English):
The publication covers a very relevant issue for a regular school, posed in a reader’s letter, which relates to the nature of relationships in the “teacher - student” system and is devoted to the ethical side of the teacher’s control and assessment activities. Using the example of current control and assessment of the achievements of a primary school children in fulfilling the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard and the Federal Educational Program, the concept of “objectivity” is analyzed, and the concepts of “assessment” and “mark” are distinguished. Recommendations are given on taking into account the pace of individual learning of a student, involving him in joint participation with the teacher in assessing his successes, using the motivating function of control and assessment, eliminating the risks that can result from a mark in points, set not as a result of the student’s mastering of a particular educational action, but in the process of his formation.
