Abstract:
The article examines theoretical and methodological aspects of stimulating the innovative activity of enterprise personnel within the human resource management system. The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions aimed at improving the forms and methods of stimulating the innovative activity of enterprise personnel. The object of the study is the human resource management system of an enterprise under conditions of innovative development, while the subject of the study comprises the forms and methods of stimulating the innovative activity of personnel implemented within the human resource management system. The research hypothesis is based on the assumption that increasing the effectiveness of an enterprise’s innovative activity is possible provided that forms and methods of stimulating personnel’s innovative activity are applied systematically, integrated into the human resource management system, and aligned with the goals of innovative development. The study employs general scientific and special research methods, including analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, as well as systemic and structural-functional approaches. The study analyzes key scientific approaches to stimulating the innovative activity of enterprise personnel and identifies their limitations related to fragmentation and insufficient integration into the human resource management system. The economic content of stimulating the innovative activity of enterprise personnel is clarified. A systematization of forms and methods for stimulating personnel’s innovative activity is proposed, taking into account their role in ensuring the innovative development of the enterprise. The results obtained may be used in the formation of a human resource management system focused on improving the effectiveness of innovative activity of enterprises.
